HOUSING – Richwood Community Apartments. Come and live in a warm and friendly environment. Apartment living is available to persons 55 years and over. For information on studios, one and two bedroom apartments, call  (740) 943-2332

SENIOR ADVOCATE – Connie Carter –  can help you with your questions about benefits and available services in Union County. Call the office 943-2310 for an appointment on Thursdays between 12:00 & 4:00pm. She can provide one-on-one assistance with Medicare Drug Prescription Benefits and HEAP; help you to understand some of the complicated things you get in the mail, give help to fill out forms and info on available services. 

FREE INFORMATION STATION – File of Life Kits, HEAP applications, Drug discount info, Long Term Care, Home Health Care, Nutritional advice, Ohio KePro Benefit, Legal Aid and Community Action info available 24/7. Living Will, Durable Power of Attorney and Advance Directive packages are available at the office, free of charge

SPECIAL WHEELCHAIR TOURS – are organized for those who wish to attend an event, but cannot walk far. We will provide the transportation and the chair – you invite someone to join the group as a “pusher.”

GROCERY SHOPPING SERVICE – Volunteers will do personal shopping at the Richwood Cardinal on Wednesdays, for members in the community who are home-bound or unable to take the UCATS van.943.2310

DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR LOAN- Wheelchairs, canes, walkers and crutches are on hand for temporary loan, or for wheelchair tours.
